At PANDA JEANS DI GUAN JITIE, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell directly to our wholesale customers. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return products purchased from us and receive refunds or exchanges.

2. Our Commitment

All products sold by PANDA JEANS are inspected in our warehouse before shipment. We guarantee that products shipped from our inventory meet European quality standards. If you receive defective or non-conforming products, we will make it right.

3. Wholesale Return Policy

Because we sell directly to businesses at wholesale prices, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. The following conditions apply:

Defective Products

If you receive defective products from our warehouse:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment
  • Provide photos and description of the defect
  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement from our inventory

Incorrect Orders

If we ship the wrong products from our warehouse:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange pickup and send correct items from our stock
  • No charge for return shipping or replacement

Change of Mind / Business Reasons

For non-defective products you wish to return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Custom-ordered or specially produced items
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery date

5. How to Initiate a Return

Provide: Order number, product details, reason for return, and photos if applicable

Step 2: Await authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days. Do not ship products without an RA number.

Step 3: Ship the products
Pack items securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Ship to the address we provide. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Step 4: Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when purchasing from PANDA JEANS:

  • Bank transfer refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (may take additional time to appear on your statement)
  • Store credit: Available immediately upon request

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products or incorrect orders. For other exchanges, you must return the original items for a refund and place a new order for the desired products from our inventory. This ensures you receive the best available wholesale pricing.

8. Damaged in Transit

If products are damaged during shipment from our warehouse:

  • Document damage with photos of packaging and products
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and send replacement items from our stock at no charge

9. Partial Returns

You may return part of your order. The same return conditions apply to each item. Minimum order requirements may affect your eligibility for bulk pricing on future orders.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  • Contact us at info@pandajeans.com with your RA number

11. European Consumer Rights

As a wholesale business-to-business company, PANDA JEANS sells to registered businesses, not individual consumers. Standard EU consumer protection laws for distance sales do not apply to B2B wholesale transactions. Our return policy is more generous than legally required for business sales.
